How "Orange Nails" Led to the Most Useless Fish Ever

So, you may have noticed this already, but I'm not a "cool" person in the traditional sense of the word. This is in no way me hating on myself or "cool" people or nerdy people or anything. That's just a fact. When you think of the "cool" kids in high school or college or something, I am the person who has literally nothing to talk to them about (though they sometimes think I'm funny because I'm scathingly sarcastic). That being said, I love pokemon. I still play now, and when talking to some of my nail art buddies, they suggested I do magikarp nails for the orange day of the challenge. I'd had no clue what I was gonna do before that, so here they are!

Are these not the cutest (only) magikarp nails you've ever seen? I'm honestly obsessed. Also there's a pretty solid possibility of the rest of the colored days of the challenge all being pokemon. At the very least I'm gonna have to do gyrados now too.

The base color for these nails is Zoya Jancyn, which is a great color but not the greatest formula. It's pretty thin and even after three coats still looks a little streaky. I also have this issue with the bottles that Zoya uses that makes the inside of the neck all sticky... Very weird. The other colors I used were Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear White On and Mellow Yellow, Revlon Colorstay in Stiletto, Essie Meet Me At Sunset, and Love and Beauty Pink. Forever 21 polishes really do have the worst names.
